Send a Package

We have one team post office box, so it’s the same address for each family.

C.P. 552

Please take things out of their original wrappers, especially DVDs or other electronics and toys. Use ziploc bags for food items. Try bundling discs (DVDs, CDs) in paper sleeves placed between two pieces of cardboard.

When filling out the customs forms, be specific. Don’t use words like: “food, toys, DVDs, electronics.” Use instead: “sauce mix, play figures, films, cords, etc.” This usually avoids any of the words that might raise a red flag. Write down the used cost of the items.

Large envelopes (padded, cardboard) come through well and are a little easier for us. We usually pay a storage fee of up to $5 for a box or large envelope. They make us open most boxes with them, but we’ve never had any problems.

It takes 2 to 6 weeks to get a letter and 3 weeks to 3 months for a package.

Thank you so much! It’s always an exciting day when we get something in the mail.

See our wishlists for package ideas or things to bring if you’re coming for a visit.
